Homemade Jelly Beans
I was browsing yesterday and came across this recipe for making Jelly Beans. Since Easter is right around the corner, I felt compelled to share it with you!

I tried this recipe and it didn't work well. I think the professional jelly beans flavor the outside shell while this flavors the inside? I tumbled these for 15 minutes in a jar. Granted I realize after I was supposed to hold it at 45 degrees instead of just horizontal it didn't appear to add anything but a little of the color. And a day later, it wasn't dry or hardened. What did I do wrong? Or is the recipe bad?
