Thank you for the warm welcome. As far a food, it seems I'm always thinking about what I'd like to try next. I'm kinda old school in cooking meaning I seldom measure anything unless I'm baking. Last last few years I've been using a lot of cast iron skillets. One newer lodge and rest vintage iron. Very versatile piece of cookware.
