Hi all,
My name is Chris and I'm from South Jersey. I'm a new dad and I live with my son, wife, and dog, Hamilton. I've enjoyed cooking for years as well as going out and fine dining. With the addition of my son, it has been more cooking. I enjoy cooking all sorts of proteins. Roasting, braising, smoking, and bbq. I've started working with more exotic things such as foie gras, different types of cheeses, and wild game.
I decided to seek out a message board to discuss my interested with some like-minded people. I've also started to chronicle a lot of my cooking on a blog which I will share the link to in my signature as soon as I figure that out.
On a side not, we will preliminarily be 25 for Thanksgiving this year so I've already started planning. I'll certainly enjoy bouncing ideas off of the crew here. I look forward to it.
