Just a small introduction from me as I'm new to this forum. I'm Stella Maris from the Netherlands. I'm a fulltime office worker and parttime student (working towards a degree in law).
Growing up in a family of farmers, I've always had an interest in food. Many of my childhood memories involve cooking in some way. We always had good home made food from fresh ingredients, very often home grown.
That interest in food only became bigger when I started to meet international friends, travelled to many different places and lived abroad for a while.
I am not the best cook in the world and there are limits to my time and budget, but at least I love food and I love cooking. For me that's the most important. And besides, every specialist was once a beginner!
