Going to whip a couple of marinated pork chops and fried okra. First time for this Marinade.
I use a Jaccard tenderizer, it allows the marinade to get all the way into the meat thus staying moist while cooking.
What big teeth you have Mr. Jaccard.
Bag em Danno, into the cooler with them. I let them sit for three hours.
Time to fry them, as always I start out with a little bacon grease.
Looking good, plate them up.
Let’s eat.
