Do I need to refrigerate truffles?

I was wondering if I need to refriderate my mocha truffles. The ingredients are cream cheese, chocolate chips, instant coffee granules, and water.

I probably would, because of the cream cheese.

Think I would refrigerate too....unless you plan to consume them rather quickly...or Fed X them to me!!!

Yes, truffles must be kept in the refrigerator. They are best served chilled as well.

Oh and when Fed-Exing stuff to Uncle Bob you must ALWAYS send a sample to me first for quality control.
