Corned Beef and Cabbage

Soaked a corned point overnight with one water change in the morning, Added the spice pack and on the grill, dome temp around 350 and a little apple chips for smoke

3 hours later, internal temp around 170*

In a pot boiling water for an hour, then added some carrots for 45 more minutes, than added some cabbage and cooked for another 30 minutes.

Put a little char on the corned beef after its little bath in the stock pot.

Plated. Corned beef with some cabbage and carrots. Zucchini pancakes with some sour cream and black pepper on top.

Great job, John! How about a recipe for those zuc cakes? Those look great.

I'm too lazy to do points, and I suck at make'n points(just ask the dog :oops: )

I grated 3 small/medium zukes and a medium onion a couple of hours before I planned on cooking them. Salted them and put in a colander to allow them to drain. They let out a ton of water. Just before cooking I squeezed as much water out as I could added an egg, flour,granulated garlic and black pepper. Formed patties, cooked in a little canola oil and flipped when brown. These thing have been requested for tonights dinner too.
