It's available in many Italian cafés here. I Googled and it looks like it is Chinotto, but made in Canada by the Brio company.

Chinotto is a carbonated soft beverage from the indigenious Myrtle Orange Tree ( orange fruit ) grown in Italia, called the Citrus Myrtifola.

In Canada it is manufactured by : Brio

In Australia it is produced by: Coca Cola

In Malta it is called: Kinnie
