Today was Cathryn's 10th Birthday.....she wanted burgers and sweet potatoes.

Unseasoned sweet potatoes indirect until soft.

Once soft I added a liberal dose of Wolfe Rub Citrus.

After a flip, moved the burgers indirect and added cheese. Swiss on mine, American on the Birthday Girls!

Damn Larry are you trying to kill me ... The Birthday Girl has a great lookin' meal. Those sweet potatoes are something I gotta try. A wise man once said WRC could make a dog turd taste good, but I'm bettin' those taters are better than good. I find myself eating WRC out of the jar. And oh yeah HAPPY BIRTHDAY Cathryn, double digits!

happy birthday little Cat

only thing that would have made that meal better would have been summer time
tomatoes. I'm sick of the bland ones I've been eating all winter.

10 yrs. old already??? Damn! Happy B Day Kat!
Burgers looked great man! What Cap said about the maters. I hate winter!

I have always found the thermos grills to be the perfect grill for the ultimate grilling experience! Yay!! I love burgers^_^
