Was planning on cooking the rib roast yesterday for Mothers Day but with all of the running around we were doing it got too late so I cooked it for tonights dinner.

Roast seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning, cooked indirect on the Weber with a little hickory wood for smoke.

Wow, I would have just loved to have been cooked that meal ! That rib roast looked amazing, cooked perfectly; and scallops and lobster tails, all my favorites :D :D :D
Super great job !

Oh man, what a great cook! I sure could do some damage on that chow. Care to share the recipe for the green onion, ginger compound butter? Dang, that sounds tasty indeed. I know it's early for corn, but I think it would kick ass on grilled sweet corn.

The recipe is here. Its also great with shrimp and veggies. I never tried it on corn but would guess it would be great on that too.
