Cooking for one tonight so I used the Performer to smoke (cherry wood) a rack of BB's, something I've never done and have to say it worked well and now don't have to clean up the WSM. Did a veggie pouch, just veggies, butter, EVOO, Susie Q Seasoning in a tinfoil pouch. I used Meathead's Memphis Dust my go to rub on the ribs and 12 Bones Smokehouse Blueberry Chipotle BBQ sauce that was a gift from a friend who lives in Asheville NC, pretty good stuff. And most importantly a Founders Brewing Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale.
