Apple Pizza
FILLING
6 to 7 large APPLES; Tart. Peeled And Sliced Thin.
1/2 cup(s) SUGAR
1 teaspoon(s) CINNAMON
TOPPING
3/4 cup(s) FLOUR
1/2 cup(s) SUGAR
1/2 cup(s) MARGARINE; Firm, Not A Spread, I Use Nucoa.
PASTRY
2 cup(s) FLOUR
1 cup(s) SHORTENING
1 teaspoon(s) SALT
ICE WATER; As Needed To Make Pastry Workable.

Prepare this pastry or your own favorite; you need the equiv of (2) 8 - 9 inch crusts.
Roll out 1" larger then pizza pan and make a lip around the edge of the pan.
Add filling and top and with the Topping mixture.
FILLING:.
Peel and slice the apples into thin slices; place apples, sugar and cinnamon on bowl and mix; lay apples evenly over pie crust and sprinkle with topping.
TOPPING:.
In a bowl add flour, sugar and margarine.
With a pastry blender or 2 forks mix topping mixture until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping over apples and bake at 450 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and apples are tender.

With pastry blender or two forks mix flour, shortening, and salt till crumbly.
Add water, mix until pastry is workable and roll out dough.
