Nothing too exciting but one of my favorite meals and things to cook.

I haven't used my Santa Maria grill in a while and scrounged up enough wood so I fired her up. Seasoned the tri tip with my usual Lawry's Seasoning Salt, garlic and black pepper. A quick sear

Cooked to an internal temp of 130*F
