I am sure many of you know that pizza on the grill is hard to beat. We are transplanted east coasters and it is hard to find pizza or subs that are edible once you travel far from the east coast (and no subway is not a viable alternative, no matter what Jared says). we have found that pizza on the is as close as i can come to replicating the wood or coal fired brick ovens that you find in NY NJ and other places....
Good good eating if I do say so myself.... We joke about my amoebae pizzas because while I can do a lot of things in the kitchen, it seems that rolling dough into a circle is not one of them :D

Lol yeah pizza dough is my mortal enemy I just can't make it work for me, some make it seem so easy....thats why i'm a huge fan of naan bread lol. I'll keep tryin till the day I die in hope one day I will best the dough....that day is not today. Still your Pizza looks killer
