For some reason this question strikes me as one you'd be asked on a personality test, seems to be a subtle way of asking "outgoing" (the roller coaster) or reserved and keen on playing it safe (the merry-go-round)...That said I'd already disprove what I just wrote by picking roller coaster

I love hazelnuts, but (call me weird!!) chocolate flavour is not particularly my favourite, I love eating chocolate themselves, but when it comes to ice cream, desserts, cakes etc. I always opt for something non choc.... not that I DISLIKE them, just that I prefer other flavours....
