I recently saw a short video where someone had realized that the Kikkoman classic dispenser is very nifty. You can pour from either side. The nifty part is that you can the close the dispensing hole on one side with your finger and control the speed at which the soy sauce pours.

My question is this: Can I refill that dispensing bottle?

As others have already said, YES, you can unscrew the top and refill it.
I'll usually give to all a good clean prior to adding in more Shoyu.
I buy Aloha Shoyu by the gallon and refill mt dispensers, just be mindful not to over tighten as the gasket in the top of the cap will wear down faster... not like these are super expensive.
I had to teach my DH how to put is finger over one "puka" (that's Hawaiian for hole) so that the Shoyu doesn't come out like a gusher... "Oh, so that's how you do that!"

I never knew that trick with the "finger over hole" - thanks!
At one time I bought low-sodium (or something like that) and it comes with a green cap. I kept that one too to use with other types of soy sauce. Disappeared somewhere along the way and although I keep saying I'll buy another one I just never seem to get to it.

Yep, keep your finger over one of the holes and it 'drips' out rather than pours. You can shake on just the amount you need.

I have several different Soy Sauce dispensers and will change them up every so often.
But I only buy Aloha Brand Soy Sauce (low-sodium).
My favorite soy sauce is Yamasa. Fell in love with it at a Japanese restaurant years ago. Can't find it in the stores, though. I have to buy it online. It's very high in sodium, however. Even the low sodium Yamasa has 690 mg per tablespoon. The regular Yamasa has 920 mg. But it's so good. And I don't use much, since it's very strong. I like a little drizzle over sticky rice.

I never thought of a dispenser for soy sauce. I just use the bottle.
I generally only buy tamari soy sauce. Back in the day, there was a plastic insert in the bottle that had a nice shaker hole. But now, all the bottles have a more complex plastic insert with several openings that are each much larger than the single, little hole they used to have and I find it hard to keep it from gushing out. That's why I am interested in that Kikkoman dispenser. It's on my shopping list now.
