How many would that feed casey?

At +$40 a pound for sushi grade tuna, one would need to know how many you can feed.

I never said it was cheap. ;) You need to use high quality tuna since it is not going to be cooked. I don't recall how much I paid for the tuna. It was individual vacuum packed and frozen, and I got it from the Asian supermarket in town.

IIRC, I got at least two meals out of it, maybe more. I made it because I wanted to do something new and different, which often ends badly for me, but this turned out much better than I expected.

I bought two tuna steaks. I made poke with one, and grilled one to medium rare and ate it with rice and soy sauce for dipping. I enjoyed both dishes.
