What did you eat Sunday, April 28,2024?

Brunch was poached eggs over corned beef hash, home fries, and Grands biscuits. What I like about my poached eggs is the whites separate from the yolks. So they come out like little balls of runny yolk, which I prefer over the whites.

Dinner was Shabu Hot Pot Buffet. No pictures.

Long day and an early to bed tonight, so I just had some bacon and cheese scrambled eggs with some sausages.

Veggie burger w/all the fixin's, zucchini raisin bread. The chocolate part of two dark chocolate expresso beans.

PB&J toast and cantaloupe - it was warm tonight and I didn't feel like a lot.

A few Hershey’s special dark baking chips for afters.

My sister ate supper at my place. We had the leftovers from yesterday's meal at the Greek resto. Her leftovers were salmon and mine were gyro pork. Served some canned dolmas and a salad with the leftovers. It was delicious and I really enjoyed the company.
