Tuesday Supper, 2023 August 15

We had hot dogs with sauerkraut, onions, and mustard. There was also coleslaw, which turned out particularly good today. I love the ease of using Napa cabbage for any dish that wants shredded green cabbage. It just slices so easily. I tried to take pix, but my phone camera was misbehaving again.

DD brought Indian food home. A chicken and mushroom in a yellow sauce, paneer masala, rice, and naan bread with two sweet sauces to dip in.

Actually it was a screw up. I posted the other post in the wrong day's dinner thread. We had the Saté Tuesday night and leftovers Monday night.
