i got the suck-o-lator out of mothballs yesterday to do some chicken. the suck-o-lator pulls a vacuum to expand the meat allowing it to marinate within a few hours vs overnight. i then tossed them onto the rib-o-lator to cook.
i coated the chicken with greek yogurt, ginger, garlic, and orange juice.
the injection was diluted yogurt, butter, and OJ.
my son made the injector pump and i made the multi-needle injector block. the needels are 2"long and about 1/2" apart and it works great with the pump.
i cooked them on the rib-o-lator at 325-350 grill temp for about an hour and they came out crispy, tasty and water hose juicy.
