Richard Nally: Twenty Exceptional South American Wines - Forbes.com . I recommend this article for its excellent, up-to-date general background about winemaking of South America, not necessarily the specific wines he writes about, most of which are hard to find and too expensive for my budget.
Wine Diva's "Hola Chile" article: Wine Reviews Main Page. This article features reviews of several good, reasonably-priced Chilean wines which are readily available in the US.
