Smoked some spare ribs, trim them St. Luis style. That side peace is the flap meat. I cut that up into chunks and threw it in the bbq beans. I used hickory chunks. Went out to pay bills. Got stuck in that LA traffic. But when I got home, they were done. Hit them with some Bulls Eye BBQ sauce and its time to eat.
