I have been a busy pitmaster today. Smoked up a couple chickens rubbed down with some Magic Dust and threw in a few sausages just for good measure. Added some smoked beans and sauerkraut to round out a fabulous meal. All the while I was making several batches of homemade BBQ sauces for an event we have scheduled for next Friday. Guess it is time to kick back and enjoy the fruits of my labor. Yum!
