Savory Citrus Chicken and Mushroom Salad

I marinated the chicken in Italian Dressing and Wolfe Rub Citrus. Grilled on the Smokey Joe and basted several times. Then I reduced the marinade and added the mushrooms.

Added a little orange juice and reduced again.

Served over a bed of baby greens, home grown tomatoes, cucumbers and other misc. veggies. I used the mariande as the dressing and topped with fresh shaved parmasean. Very tasty.

Fine looking meal Larry. Question, where did you get the grates for your smokey Joe? I've been using mine more and lately as the kids are gone most of the time, it's usually just me and the little lady.
 
No no not I. Seems like it was the Boy. Now where is the Boy? Has he passed unbeknownst to the rest of us?
