Not sure if this belongs in the "Grilling" or "General Barbecue" section. It was done on a OTG so here it goes...

Been down at the Rivah all weekend (no internet) and missed a hell of a lot of good food going up on this board! Awesome!!

Didn't take many pictures of the cooks but did get a few of a rib cook.


No prep pics but here's my setup during the cook :cool:

Was shooting for 240*...close enough for me, about 1 hour in.

After about 3.5 hours they were done.

Then we sat out on the deck, feasted and watched the stick boats jockey for position for a party that was going on across river...Very entertaining.

Those ribs look pretty tasty! I would eat them anytime! Great pics and what a great way to spend your time eating for the ribs to cook!
