Hey Mike, good to see you back around these parts. Looks and sounds like you have been busy and having some fun. Any word on the Jack or Royal or do I continue to keep my fingers crossed for you?

Haya Buzz. We didn't get the draw for the Jack. We will be leaving on the 1st for the Royal. Sean Rice from Meat Me will be documenting and putting the whole trip in You Tube form. He will be riding with us and said he'll post the videos daily. Should be a sort of documentary showing our journey from the west coast to the Royal. Things have slowed down a bit so I should be back around here. I'm bringing my lap top so I'm going to try to post the links to the you tube vids here daily for anyone interested. I'm assuming it'll show the whole trip cooking, turn ins, prepping meat in our hotel, parties etc. Keep an eye out.

Some good blogs on BBQ, Restaurants and meat in general.

Good to see you around!! Great looking pics too!! How big was that pig you cooked in the caja china?
our buddies cooked it 90 lbs. Those boxes are cool but no smoke what so ever. It's literally an oven. Your heat source doesn't get to the food. That's why you see Kingsford. It works best cause long consistent burn.

That was looking good till it get to the guy licking the hairy male belly button. That could make some to lose their appetites. There appears to be a shortage of nice looking lady chickadee navels around there.
