2 6 oz. containers apricot mango blended yogurt
4 apricots, pitted and peeled
1 cup mango nectar
8 ice cubes
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
Place all ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly until apricots are pureed and ice cubes are crushed and evenly dispersed.
