Had a few pizza fixins left over from the other night, so I decided to throw them together and onto the Smokey Joe. Never really tried this before, so wasn't really expecting anything great. It was actually a little easier to manage than a pizza, because you can flip and rotate as needed. Turns out, I probably should have flipped and rotated a little more myself, as I think I overcooked the crust somewhat. Oh well, wasn't much to look at, but it tasted pretty good.

Hey, I think it looks very delicious ! (Have you ever tried ricotta cheese in your calzones? That how I make them.... and I use a pizza brick on the grill.....) But, definitely good job on yours :D :D
