Ice Cream Drink - Chocolate Dipped Strawberry
Serves/Makes:1
Ingredients
2 oz (56 grm). pureed strawberries
1-1/4 oz (35 grm). coffee liquor
1 oz (28 grm). chocolate syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 scoop crush ice
whipped cream
chocolate shavings
fresh strawberries
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
Top drink with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and 1 strawberry slice.
