Hi, my name is Yue, I'm 14 years old and I live in Portugal. I was born in Italy and both of my parents are chinese.
I've been trying to improve my cooking techniques through internet since no one at home has the time to teach me anything. I know some chinese, portuguese and italian dishes. I'm willing to find out more in this forum.
I think cooking is fun and that the people who can cook are the real geniuses, because they can. Cooking is a base.
