Halibut Fish Tacos

A guy at work hooked me up with some more halibut today that he caught yesterday.

Cut up a couple of fillets for tacos and slathered the fish in mayonnaise and seasoned with some Slap ya Mama.

Fish done.

My plate. Fish tacos dressed with a chipotle mayo, salsa, some broccoli slaw mix and a squeeze of lime and served sith a side of beans and Spanish rice.

Dang Vermin you just keep mo betta and mo betta..lol. We went to a trendy place noted for its fish tacos. The best they could do was Talpia. Which our cat wont even eat that junk. About like chewing a piece of notebook paper. Great job!! Your torts are highly superior on that deal too.
