Guacamole:

3 Avocados

***Take A Knife & Run It Down The Middle, Open Avocado & Take The Pit Out

3 Avocados, Peeled & Diced

1 T. Sour Cream

1-(8-oz.)-Pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Softened

Hot Salsa, To Taste
***We Use The Hot Salsa At Our Meat Market

McCormick Crushed Black Pepper, To Taste

Garlic Salt, To Taste

Onion Powder, To Taste

Garlic Powder, To Taste

Add all of the ingredients to mixing bowl; mix until desired consistency.

***Taste with a Tortilla Chip and see if it needs more of anything,

Put in covered container; refrigerate.

Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Thanks for the suggestion. It sounded so good for a snack tonight. I keep some avocado in 8 and 16 oz containers in the freezer. We don't have any dairy but I made it and it was delicious on baked tortilla chips. I added a little chopped pickled serrano for a little heat. I'm going to have to make that more often!
