These were more pic's I had on my memory card that I'm finally getting around to.

Did a Butterball this go around on the Performer. Small 8lb turkey just for Cathryn and I.

Once the turkey was done and resting I prepared our sides. Sweet potatoes and broccoli casserole.

[quote="Nick Prochilo":2gylgqo7]How was the gravy?

Gravy is used to cover up dry meat.........I bet you use it often. :LOL:[/quote:2gylgqo7]

Haha! I laughed harder than I should have at that...Sorry, Nick. :mrgreen:

Another great meal, Larry! Cathryn will cherish these cooks with you. Great job!

Wow look at the color on that bird! I'm not a sweet potato fan, but that casserole I would eat the hell outta. Looks like a awsome easter diner

THat is perfect look'n skin, nice job! I'd like the recipe for the broccoli casserole, that looks fantastic. I don't know squat about casseroles, but I know that looks good and I gotta have it. :D I need to try sweet taters, not crazy about it but I need to try it before I knock it. ;)
