CSR's were on sale and the youngest boy wanted some hot
Wings.

CSR's and wings seared and then placed indirect to finish cooking.

Tossed the wings in your standard Franks/butter mixture and then placed the wings direct for a couple of minutes and then tossed in the sauce again.

Plated with some doctored Bush's beans and some nopales (cactus) salad my wife made.

Love Love Love the Franks. And 0 calories too. I'm gonna try that one. I'm maken about 200 hot wings for our 2nd annual 4th party. I've never done em before so thanks for the recipe!
 
Good looking eats for sure.
Still a little nervous about the catus salad though. :shock:
