Big Steaks

I had a couple of steaks I was supposed to grill over the weekend while the wife was out of town but, I didn't so I did them tonight.

I cranked up my Primo Jr which I haven't done in a while but, since I cleaned it up last weekend and changed the gasket.

These two steaks are about 2 1/2 lbs of tasty Steakhouse Strips.

Pretty good but, I overcooked them a lil bit. A lil herb and garlic and melted butter just put it over the top.

That's a lil piece of jalapeno sausage on the side.

good stuff, steak is always a good choice
