Real nice looking meal. That pizza looks interesting. Did you make the dough from scratch? Is that dark skin vegi an eggplant or is it a pepper?

The dough was from scratch using corn flakes as part of it. More specifically:
33 gr corn flakes
142 gr bread flour
165 gr water
salt at 7 gr
oil at 7 gr
yeast at one pack

The dark looking pepper was a re-hydrated negro pepper.

The sauce was mashed smoked paquillo peppers and the toppings included jalapeno, orange bell and red chili flakes for a total of 5 peppers. The cheese was queso fresco and some Mexican parmisian.

Looks great !

The cornflakes didn't make it too sugary?

I used the sugar in the corn flakes to work with the yeast. The pizza dough tasted just fine to me. That's why I limited it. I had to include it but I didn't want it to take control.
