    Remodeling Kitchen

    Counter top Question. We are thinking of putting a wooden counter top not sure what type of wood I would line to do my bread and pie work on the counter top. So would it stain the wood? What would be the best wood? Or would putting epoxy over the wood work? Or just go with a laminate top?

    Bread with brewers Yeast

    I bought some Brewers Yeast for making bread with. I red that it rises slower that bread yeast. Is there a difference in either yeast? Do I need to use more? Or anything that would make a difference in using the Brewers Yeast?

    Bread Recipe change

    I did a bread recipe for Steakhouse Wheat Bread and changed it from 1cup white and 1cup wheat to 1 34cp ea ant the same for all items in it it didn't turn out as good as the orignial smaller loaf willl it work or do some of the items in the recipe need to be changed?
