    Recipe for light rye sourdough

    After much success with white sourdough, I tried my hand at a light rye sourdough. Alas, after 2 loaves were dispatched to the rubbish bin, wasn't even game to feed them to the chooks, I am in desperate need of a good recipe that even I can't kill. Can anyone help me please? Así es la vida.

    Sourdough crumpets or English muffins.

    Does anyone have a recipe using sourdough starter without extra yeast for crumpets or muffins? Have looked at King Arthur site, but alas, their recipes use yeast as well. Así es la vida.
