    Moisturizer Question...

I get moderate eczema. All of my moisutrizers are non-comedogenic. I use Aveeno, Cetaphil, and Eucerine. I also use bag balm for really dry patches. If you have a costco around, you can find a big double package of aveeno and cetaphil. I don't know if they have Eucerine, but they might.

    Shelf life of garlic?

I can usually tell by the green sprouts coming out also. You can also tell because fresh garlic is a tight bulb. As it gets older, the cloves start seperating.

    Deep frying a bird

The first turkey we deep fried was 10 lbs. So it was like a small chicken. I also did the water measuring trick. I did a rub and an injection. Also, make sure that you get rid of all the water on the chicken/turkey before you deep fry. Good luck!

Fried Turkey - How do YOU make it?

Type of Apples for Caramel Apples?

Red, Granny, Macs, and Fuji... I'm not a huge fan of apples, but those are the ones I'll eat with caramel. Well I guess, if you deep fry or add a layer of sweetness to any of them, I'll eat it!

traditional, cornbread, and wild rice. My mom does her little asian flair with her turkey. She does a sticky rice with peas, chinese sausage, and a few other things. I like that also.

    Exercise Ball

At my old job, we had a few to use as chairs. I got one to work out with. It does help a lot. It helps get areas that are really hard to get (like the lower abs). I don't use it anymore because I don't have room for it.

If you could choose a line from a song that defined your life?

This is a hard question, but the first song that came to mind was Aaliyah - Try Again "If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again" I'm a perfectionist and I can be pretty hard on myself when I don't get things right. So I guess it just gives me faith.

    Kitchen Confidential

I saw it. It wasn't what I expected. I was expecting it to be an hour drama. I wasn't paying much attention to it. But there's nothing that sparks my interest on a Monday night, so I'll probably watch it again.
