    Don't get your hopes up too high, about getting a hinged grate. I had a similar problem, last year, and I got a regular grate. I figured it was better than nothing. AJ

    Man, you're not kidding about the sauce. OMG, I remember one segment they just kept more and more sauce on the ribs. Would you like some ribs with your sauce, jeez.

    That's part of the experience. I tried cigars, but they're just so damn expensive. A pipe lasts forever and pipe tobacco is cheaper and lasts longer.

    wet or dry

    I like mine dry most of the time. I put some Texas Pepper Jelly on every now and than. Whereas, the rest of the family want sauce and lots of it.

    So true. I'm also a pipe smoker and I read a pipe forum. Holy $hit, several well known guys have passed away recently. Talk about coming back to reality. I love this board because it doesn't matter what you're cooking on, if you like it than it's fine.
