    Slacker Pizza

I used a basic white bread recipe out if a bread machine book, but I used whole wheat flour. To compensate I added a little extra yeast and a little extra sugar to help it rise. I also added extra GLUTEN which you can buy at the supermarket. I added all the ingredients, starting with the liquids...

    Do you consider this BBQing?

It looks like just a metal oven that is heated by charcoal. It looks to me that you could do the same thing with electricity. I do like the plywood covering which would insulate the metal interior. This reminds me of pit cooking, where the pig is buried under hot coals in the ground. However...

I almost bought a large cauldron this winter. Brunswick Stew is big here in Virginia ( BTW the official home of Brunswich Stew  ) and I have entertained the notion of learning how to cook it for some time now. When I was looking a source for the pots, I found a lot a Wiccan...

What is your favorite thing to barbecue...

I like to smoke a whole sausage roll and have it for breakfast. I just unwrap it, put in the temp sensor and pop it in the egg till it comes up to temperature. I serve it with biscuits which I also have baked in the egg at the same time.
