I have Multiple Sclerosis and wish to consume 50-100 gram Ground Flaxseed per day.
As people may know, ground flaxseed can absorb 3x its weight in liquid and still be thick paste.
I am thinking along the lines of Ground Flaxseed, Oat Milk and fruit pieces for breakfast in a bowl.
Its important me to grind fresh before use, to reduce oxidation of seed before consumption.
Ideally the flaxseed should not be over cooked or processed.

Just want to keep it simple, not create extra work.
Welcome and thoughts or ideas around compatible ingredients and preparation

ATM I am mixing 200ml of Pomegranate Juice in with 50grams ground Flaxseed.
At four parts Liquid to one part Ground Flaxseed its a thick paste I eat with spoon.

I grind flax seed and chia seeds, then I add wheat germ, and keep it in a container on the counter. When I make my oatmeal or fermented 9 grain flakes, I add fruit. Today it was strawberries. I microwave it until it is hot, then sprinkle it with the ground seed mix, one or two tablespoons, and a teaspoon of honey. I mix it and eat it. It adds a nutty flavor and some texture I like.
