Parboiled until the outside is just starting to break away then into the oil preheated to the oven temp makes the perfect roasted potatoes with crispy outsides with crunchy bits, and light fluffy moist insides perfect for splitting with a fork and covering in rich gravy...

    That price comes up about every 4 to 6 weeks and always at any of the big holidays. It's a pretty good cut too, not the finest grade but still lovely and if you ask the butcher he gives you his best.

    Easter Dinner?

    We have a 12lb prime rib in the fridge but I was not up to cooking the big dinner physically so instead we went to my parents and had Chinese food. It was a great time and hopefully the roast can be done on Tuesday. :smile:

    I was in the grocery store on Saturday and a customer picked up and squeezed every single lose bun in the bakery section, finally she took two and put them in her bag. It's not the kitchens you have to worry about, it is everything everywhere, thankfully nature has given us pretty good immune...
