    Mouse in the wood pile

No worries. The wood prolly already has squirrel and bird poop on it from when it was alive. :D

    Last minute cook

Spend all day cooking and it is all gone in a half hour. All gone as in "No sammie tomorrow" gone! They left happy! From the top Mac and cheese, Bush's Steakhouse Beans, one of the Chuckies. They ate it as fast as I could slice it! What is left of 4 Fatties, ate them faster than I could slice...

That looks awesome! I should never look at stuff like this around lunch! That Webber mustard is some good stuff too. I am nursing my last jar of it now.

My lovely wife informs me at about 9am that her nieces and nephews are coming over tonight for dinner! They are visiting from St Louis. Now I generally like this group of people so when she suggested just hots dogs and burgers I ran out to check the WSM and found it still had some life. So off...

Still in it but I was in a bit of a rut! Bacon is off and cooling. I have to trim the belly skin off the back and it is ready for breakfast! I had to slice the roast in half to fit the WSM. I used a little of my rub to dust it. Now it is time for a tatsey beverage...Buster approved!

The diameter was not big enough for the customer to use for a prime rib at the restaurant so it was returned. I think it may slice up nice after smoking. It will go...

After a good cure I am cooking a pork belly for bacon. Used Brown sugar and black pepper for flavor on this batch. Back yard Oak for smoke in the WSM. On in about an hour.

    I love my neighbors

I bought one a while back and used it a bit. It was a home model. It became out of round and clumped the meat at the bottom. True PITA! I sliced a lot of my bacon with it though. I would love a real slicer but I doubt I would use it enough to justify the real estate it would take up on the...

    I love my neighbors

I got the 4 pack winter special. The beer blew me away, I didn't think I was going to like it as much as I did. It is just so different than any other beer I have had recently. I really enjoyed the rum cask. The original is pretty outstanding also. Hope I can get some more. The problem always...
