I want to share with you this recipe, that probably is not really a salad, we can call it a snack, but i consider it more like a salad
Ingredients:
Step by step instructions:
Step 1: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. With a tablespoon, remove part of the pulp from the avocado and put it in a bowl.
Step 2: Next, mash the avocado pulp well in the bowl, drain the can of tuna and place the drained tuna on top of the avocado pulp.
Step 3: Then add the other ingredients: the red bell pepper, the jalapeño, the coriander, the salt, and the black bell pepper.
Step 4: Finally add the lime juice and mix the salad well, then stuff the reserved avocados with the ready salad. Place chopped coriander on top before serving.
Now just serve and enjoy!
