I made this pie for the first time the other day and it was really good! I used an extra 3 Hershey Bars for garnish. I didn’t thaw the cool whip, I forgot I was suppose to take it out to thaw, it worked out though. It didn’t quite fill up the pie crust so I might double the ingredients next time I make it. My picture isn’t is as pretty as where I found this recipe.
? 3 Ingredients No-Bake Chocolate Pie
*Ingredients
°1 (6 ounce) pre-made graham cracker crust
°1 (8 ounce) tub of cold whip (thawed in the refrigerator)
°6 regular-size Hershey's chocolate bars (about 9 ounces)
*Methods
Break up your Hershey's bars and put them in a microwave-safe bowl (set some squares aside to decorate later). Heat it for 20-30 seconds until the chocolate melts.
Adding Cool Whip to the melted chocolate and blending until well mixed.
Spoon the cooled chocolate mixture into the prepared pie crust, and use a cheese grater to garnish the surface with any chocolate you set aside.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least two hours before slicing.
