Whether you observe Passover or Easter what will you be eating?

It will be just my immediate family, and we will be eating at home.

These are my tentative plans. I've revised my menus 3X already, so things may change.

Garlic Bread
Spanakopita

Breakfast:

Dyed eggs
Mom's Italian Easter Meat Pie

Lunch/Appetizers:

Stuffing
Gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Baked Mashed Sweet potato (Praline Topping)
Asparagus
String bean salad

Dessert:

Cheesecake
Sweet Pie

I am planning something small this year too. Just 4 - 8 people max.
Small roasted bird turkey for 8, chicken for 4.
Eggy potato salads.(Mom and hubby's Fav)
Good old jello fruit salad (mom's Fav)
Deviled eggs (My Fav)
Roasted tatos (Dads fav)
Green salad.
Ice cream and Cake and Strawberries.
And lots of jelly beans and malted chocolate eggs and a few chocolate bunnies.
We are pretty conventional when it comes to holiday menus. Any time I try to change it up I hear "But Mooooom we like that stuff."

I'm completely unsure what to make this year. At first, I thought of my usual Thanksgiving menu since that did not happen this past year due to the kitchen remodel. However, I think we are leaning toward lamb.

I have items to make homemade grape leaves with an egg lemon sauce. Deviled eggs are a must. Beyond that, the jury is still out. Hmmm....I'm lingering to mooch ideas! :chef:

Nothing special planned. Late this week and next weekend are big for my seed planting indoors, so I'll probably be using up a bunch of those leftovers in the freezer, which I have to empty some more, for the upcoming season!
