Tried this tonight with some Italian green Beans
It was pretty tasty. I share it with you.

Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets to serve two people

Glaze:
1/4 cup dark Maple syrup
1/4 cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp. mustard powder
3 dash red pepper
2 tbs. sesame oil

Green Beans
:1 cup Italian green beans
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic powder
1 tbs. salted butter

Preheat oven to 375' F.

Combine all glaze ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Pour half of the glaze to coat the bottom of your baking sheet/ Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel. Lay skin side down on the glaze covered baking sheet. Coat the tops of the fish with the remaining glaze. Place in the hot oven for 20 minutes.

While the fish is baking, `place 1/4 cup of water intoe a pot. Add the butter, dill weed, and garlic. Bring to a boil. reduce heat to simmer, add the beans, and cover. Five minutes before the fish is done, remove the cover. Stir and let all of the water evaporate.

Serve with a fruity beverage. Enjoy.
