What to have with yummy Borscht?

I am having a late lunch! Classic Linda! It is a hot bowl of Borscth that has been stewing sincle this morning. Before I munch it all, what should I have with it? A nice toast or salad? Any good ideas? Thanks all, happing cooking !

Oh that would have been yummy. I just had a buttered toast but it still was delicious.
