Christmas Eve dinner was Clams Casino, Shrimp Cocktail and Cocktail Sauce, Linguine with White Clam Sauce, Pan-Fried Garlic Butter Shrimp, Niçoise Salade, Garlic Bread and a glass of pinot grigio.

That looks like a delicious feast MsM.

We put out a bunch of cheeses, some salamis, Polish sausage, creton, crackers, knækbrød (Scandinavian rye crispbread), and also had some chicken samosas with tamarind sauce. We started with the half bottle of rosé left in the fridge and then tried out a new-to-us local white wine. It's organic and we quite enjoyed it. It's called, Classique White Wine 2020 [Vignoble du Domaine St-Jacques Inc.].
